Overview of our Program:

The Transition to Adulthood Program (T.A.P.) provided by St. Michael’s Harbour, Inc. was developed to meet an identifiable service gap existing for young adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD) during the transition between high school and young adulthood. 

T.A.P.’s ultimate goal is to assist individuals in obtaining
competitive community based employment.

Our staff is trained to address the sensory, communicative
and socialization needs of individuals diagnosed with an ASD.
